How long will it take to receive my order?

We understand that fast delivery is critical for repair businesses and distributors. We offer multiple shipping options including Standard Shipping (ePacket) and Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Express Shipping: Approximately 7–15 working days.
Standard Shipping: Approximately 20–45 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on order processing time, warehouse handling, customs clearance, and destination country. You can add products to your cart to estimate shipping costs and delivery times before checkout.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 4–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How much does shipping cost?

All LCD panels are tested before shipment under strict quality control standards.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos or a short video showing:
  • The front and back of the panel
  • The label and model number
  • The issue during testing (if applicable)
Our technical team will review the case and provide a prompt resolution.

Why was my PayPal payment declined?

Payment failures may occur for the following reasons:

What is the difference between LCD Assembly and LCD Only?

LCD Assembly: Includes LCD panel, touch digitizer, glass, and frame. This is a complete unit for easier replacement.

LCD Only: Includes the LCD display panel only. It does not include the touch screen, glass, or frame. Installation requires separating the original broken panel from the frame.

Professional installation is strongly recommended to avoid damage.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

No. All product prices and shipping fees exclude customs duties and import taxes.
